New Technology Upgrades Are Now Live
We’re pleased to announce our new core technology systems have gone live, bringing an exciting closure to nearly 2 years of systems assessment, planning, and implementation. These upgrades bring us into the 21st century and beyond, with a new consistency and simplicity in service delivery and Member touchpoints. At the bottom of this page, we encourage you to click on the video links for a snapshot of the new functionality we now offer.
Mobile Banking: Remote Check Deposit is now integrated into a singular, new Cherokee Strip Credit Union Mobile Banking app, available from the Google Play or Apple App stores, or by downloading using one of the links here. All Members will sign in using the same new and unique Username and Password they create for It’s Me 247 Online Banking. Subsequent Mobile sign-on may be made using your biometrics (fingerprint, face, etc.) if your mobile device hardware and software version supports that technology, and you’ve selected and stored that option on your device. (Note: Facial recognition sign-in may only work on newer Google Android devices, and I-Phone X or newer Apple devices). It’s also time to delete both our legacy mobile banking app and our legacy remote check deposit app from your mobile device.
Online Banking: Click on our brand new It’s Me 247 Online Banking link in the upper right corner at www.cherokeestrip.com. Enjoy text banking, check images, e-statements, easy person-to-person transfers, robust bill payment, and e-alerts – along with a simpler interface and many new features. Be sure to check out our new Pay Anyone option, and take advantage of My Virtual Strongbox which stores images of documents important to you for free. If you used our legacy online banking, simply re-enroll with instructions found in the System Upgrade Guide that was mailed to you (and also available above).
Check Images: To improve your data security and reduce operating costs, monthly check images are no longer mailed in account statements after November 30 2018, but are viewable anytime in Its Me 247 Online Banking and Cherokee Strip Credit Union Mobile Banking. You may also stop by either branch with your government-issued ID, to request a printout of your most recent monthly images.
Phone Banking: Call us at (580) 718-4000 and select Option 1 to access our new CU*Talk Automated Phone Banking. If you used our legacy phone banking, simply re-enroll with instructions found on our System Upgrade Guide.

Want to insure your pet? Have a snowmobile, need renter’s insurance, or liability insurance for your business? No problem – simply call us at (580) 718-4000 and select Option 2, or click the “Buy Insurance Now” button on our Home page at www.cherokeestrip.com.
Extended Phone Support: When you call us at (580) 718-4000 and select Option 5, our Member Support is available Monday – Friday 7am – 7pm CST. and Saturday 7am – 4pm CST.

New Accounts & Loans: Simply click the “Open An Account” button on our Home page at www.cherokeestrip.com. When on our website, you can always access our Home page by clicking on our logo in the upper left corner. You can also apply for a new account or loan through It’s Me 247 Online Banking or Cherokee Strip Credit Union Mobile Banking.
My Virtual Strongbox: Now as an added Membership bonus, keep electronic copies of documents important to you right inside It’s Me 247 Online Banking or Cherokee Strip Credit Union Mobile Banking – all for free, all in one place, and anytime and anywhere you have access to your computer or mobile device. Bill Pay: Our more-robust, visually intuitive, and easy-to-use bill payment is available in It’s Me 247 Online Banking and Cherokee Strip Credit Union Mobile Banking. Simply re-load the payees and payment amounts you printed out from our legacy Bill Pay system, set a schedule, and you’re good to go. Person-to-Person Transfers: Need to pay your friend back for lunch? Now easier than ever, select Pay Anyone from inside our new Bill Pay using either It’s Me 247 Online Banking or Cherokee Strip Credit Union Mobile Banking. Simply select a dollar amount to transfer, add your payee’s phone number or email, and send away.
