Existing transfers will transition to the new online and mobile banking system. Once services are restored and you have re-enrolled in digital banking, members can conveniently view, manage, and maintain both existing and new transfers within the updated platform.
External Transfers
External transfers are ACH transactions between your Cherokee Strip Credit Union account and an account you hold at another financial institution.
- One-time external ACH transfers will be unavailable from February 26 through March 2. The final day to schedule a one-time transfer is February 25.
- We recommend scheduling time-sensitive transfers in advance.
- Recurring external ACH transfers scheduled between February 28 and March 2 will be temporarily disrupted. Affected members will be contacted directly.
- If you are not contacted, your scheduled transfer will process as expected.
- Re-enrollment is not required to continue using external transfer services following the upgrade.
- External ACH transfer capabilities will resume once services are restored.
Internal Transfers
Internal transfers are transactions between your Cherokee Strip Credit Union deposit account and another Cherokee Strip Credit Union deposit or loan account.
- Deposit-to-deposit transfers will transition without interruption.
- Deposit-to-loan transfers will transition as outlined on the next page.
- If your existing transfer amount and date match your loan payment amount and due date, the transfer will be established as an automatic payment. Funds will transfer only if the loan payment has not already been made through another method.
- If your existing transfer amount and date do not match your loan payment amount or due date, the transfer will continue to process as scheduled, even if a payment is made through another channel.
- We recommend reviewing your transfer details prior to the upgrade to ensure they are set up according to your preferences. No action is required unless you wish to make changes.
- Members with loan payments scheduled during the transition are encouraged to confirm their payment status once services are restored.
