The virus that causes COVID-19 and its variants continues to evolve, with many unknowns and inherent risks, making it possible that you may still become infected no matter what measures are taken. Once registered for Online Banking, you’re also ready to access and transfer money between accounts, quickly pay anyone, save your critical personal documents into a Virtual Strongbox, and remotely deposit your checks inside our Mobile Banking app for Apple or Android. After downloading our Mobile app, simply click the LOCK icon at bottom left of your device screen to log in with your Online Banking credentials. Once inside the Mobile app, you can then choose to log in the next time with your fingerprint or other biometrics your device may support. Our custodial team continues an intra-day wipe down of high-touch interior surfaces, and the use of enhanced cleaning solutions. We’ve also added more hand sanitizer stations, installed sneeze guards, added lobby traffic lanes and social distance markings, and simplified work surfaces. We’ve previously provided CDC guidance, sanitation materials, and safety resources to our Associates. We also installed industrial-grade air filters to our HVAC units, as well as ionizing units that can neutralize, degrade, and drop the virus and other contaminants out of our air flow.

Cyber criminals have been working overtime during the pandemic – with many pretending to be from official government or health agencies, with others posing as representatives from local financial institutions. Simply hang up on these calls.

Also, don’t open emails/links/attachments from sources you don’t know or expect, do verify as valid any website addresses or links before you visit them, and don’t share confidential information over the phone unless you’ve made the phone call to a company you trust using a number you know to be correct. Never share card numbers, an account PIN or security code, or password with anyone.
