Our new Cherokee Strip Credit Union Mobile App is available for downloading from the Google Play or Apple App stores using one of the links below. All Members will sign in using the same unique Username, Password, and Security Questions they created for It’s Me 247 Online Banking. Subsequent Mobile Authentication sign-on options are made easier by using one of the following: Pin, Facial, Voice, or Fingerprint if your mobile device and software version supports that technology, and you’ve selected and stored that option on your device. (Note: Facial recognition sign-in may only work on newer Google Android devices, and I-Phone X or newer Apple devices). To access these authentication options, click on the “More” icon / Settings / Authentication Options. Also, to save the authentication option for the next time you login, be sure to turn on the “Quick Authentication” switch located on the Authentications Options page.

Mobile App Downloads:
Your Credit Union is excited to offer its members Remote Check Deposit, integrated into our new Cherokee Strip Credit Union Mobile App. This service is free! No need to mail in your check or come into a branch. Members must first register to use this service. Some members might not qualify based on account history and delinquencies. Registration typically takes less than 24 hours (business days only). If you have any problems registering, please call 580-718-4065. How to register: simply click on the “Move Money” icon / Deposit Check / Register.

To improve your data security and reduce operating costs, monthly check images are no longer mailed in account statements after November 30 2018, but are viewable anytime in Its Me 247 Online Banking and our Mobile App. You may also stop by either branch with your government-issued ID, to request a printout of your most recent monthly images.

Live Chat by text is available in It’s Me 247 Online Banking, our Mobile App, and the Contact Us page on our website. Chat hours are 7am – 10pm central Monday – Friday, and 7am – 4pm on Saturday.
New Accounts & Loans:
Simply click the “Open An Account” button on our Home page at www.cherokeestrip.com. When on our website, you can always access our Home page by clicking on our logo in the upper left corner. You can also apply for a new account or loan through It’s Me 247 Online Banking or our Mobile App.
Our more-robust, visually intuitive, and easy-to-use bill payment is available in It’s Me 247 Online Banking and our Mobile App. Simply re-load the payees and payment amounts you printed out from our legacy Bill Pay system, set a schedule, and you’re good to go. Pay Anyone – Person-to-Person Transfers:
Need to pay your friend back for lunch? Now easier than ever, enroll into Bill Pay, then select Pay Anyone using either It’s Me 247 Online Banking or our Mobile App. Simply select a dollar amount to transfer, add your payee’s phone number or email, and send away. Recipients that you send money to will receive a link that will allow them to enter their own banks acct info to complete the transfer. Funds are generally available with 24-48 hours. Recipients are saved to your Pay Anyone history to simplify the process next time you want to send them money. To access this feature you must be enrolled into Bill Pay, then go to “Pay and Transfer”, then “Pay Anyone”. (Note: Mobile App users must initially click on the “My Accounts” icon to access the Pay and Transfer menu).
