Our Cherokee Strip Credit Union Mobile App is available for downloading from the Google Play or Apple App stores using one of the links below. All Members will sign in using the same unique Username, Password, and Security Questions they created for It’s Me 247 Online Banking. Subsequent Mobile Authentication sign-on options are made easier by using one of the following: Pin, Facial, Voice, or Fingerprint if your mobile device and software version supports that technology, and you’ve selected and stored that option on your device. (Note: Facial recognition sign-in may only work on newer Google Android devices, and I-Phone X or newer Apple devices).  To access these authentication options, click on the “More” icon / Settings / Authentication Options.  Also, to save the authentication option for the next time you login, be sure to turn on the “Quick Authentication” switch located on the Authentications Options page.

We offer our members Remote Check Deposit, integrated into our  Cherokee Strip Credit Union Mobile App. This service is free! No need to mail in your check or come into a branch. Members must first register to use this service, and generally qualify as well as retain the status of a seasoned account in good standing with no history of overdrafts or charge-offs. If you have any problems registering, please call 580-718-4065.

How to register: Login to the mobile app, click on the “Move Money” icon / Deposit Check / Register.

  • Enrollment into RDC requires the member to be 18 years of age, and have an account opened and in good standing for a minimum of 90 days.
  • Deposits made by 3pm CST are generally viewable in Mobile Banking by 4:30pm CST same day, although a hold may be placed on some or all of your deposit to insure receipt of good funds from the person or business who gave you the check. Deposits made after 3pm CST may not be viewable until the next business day.
  • You must write “Mobile Deposit Only at CSCU” on the back of each check, and endorse it with your signature.  Hold onto the check for a minimum of one week in case we need to review it.

Our FREE, robust, visually intuitive, and easy-to-use Bill Pay service is available in It’s Me 247 Online Banking and Mobile App. Simply setup a new payee, set a payment schedule (optional), and you’re good to go. If you get stuck, email us at and we’ll be glad to help.

Pay Anyone – Person-to-Person Transfers:

Need to pay your friend back for lunch? Now easier than ever, enroll into Bill Pay, then select Pay Anyone using either It’s Me 247 Online Banking or our Mobile App. Simply select a dollar amount to transfer, add your payee’s phone number or email, and send away. Recipients that you send money to will receive a link that will allow them to enter their own banks acct info to complete the transfer. Funds are generally available with 24-48 hours. Recipients are saved to your Pay Anyone history to simplify the process next time you want to send them money. To access this feature you must be enrolled into Bill Pay, then go to “Pay and Transfer”, then “Pay Anyone”.  (Note: Mobile App users must initially click on the “My Accounts” icon to access the Pay and Transfer menu).

Enroll in eAlert Notifications in Online Banking or our Mobile App and receive text or email notifications when an automatic deposit or withdrawal occurs on your account.
