Online & Mobile Banking


Online and Mobile Banking access has been updated as part of our system upgrade, and re-enrollment is required
- New online and mobile banking services are now available as of Monday, March 2, 2026.
- Members will have to re-enroll into our new online banking and/or mobile app to access the new system.
- A new mobile banking app called “Cherokee Strip CU” will need to be downloaded, as the old app will no longer function.
- Complete enrollment once through either online or mobile banking to enjoy access to both services.
How to Enroll in Online or Mobile Banking
- Enrollment is quick and easy. Simply self-enroll in online or mobile banking and create your login credentials to access your accounts. Your new login credentials will work for both online and mobile banking.
- Visit Login · Cherokee Strip Credit Union to access online banking; then click “First Time User? Enroll Now” to get started.
- Enter the required information to verify your identity, including your account number, Social Security number or tax ID, email address, and phone number. Critical: This info must match what is currently setup on your account, if not, you will need to contact us to confirm your account info. After 5 “unsuccessful” attempts to enroll, you will be locked out of your account and will not be able to re-try for 24 hours.
- Confirm your email address by entering the one-time verification code sent to you.
- Set up two-factor authentication (2FA) by choosing how you would like to receive security codes, such as by text message or phone call, and verifying your selection.
- Review and accept the online banking terms and conditions.
- Create your username and password to complete enrollment.
