DBO’s
Benefits:
- No service fee
- Member can have funds transferred from another financial institution directly into their CSCU account.
- Alleviates having to come in to a branch or mail in their deposit or loan payment.
- Member must fill out a DBO form and provide a copy of a voided check (NO deposit slips).
- DBO can be setup on any day of the month, and scheduled monthly, semi-monthly, weekly, and bi-weekly.
Security Alert: Avoid Phone Scams - We’ve seen an increase in phone spoofing, where callers fake their ID to look like the Credit Union. Remember: We will NEVER call and ask for your: Login passwords or PINs, One-time verification codes, or Full Social Security Number. If you get a suspicious call, hang up immediately. Call us back directly using the trusted number on the back of your card.
