The timeline below highlights the most important dates and service changes related to the upcoming upgrades.
Wednesday, February 25
- Requests for one-time ACH payments will not be processed after 5:00 p.m.
- Services for one-time ACH payments will resume Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
Thursday, February 26
- Mobile deposit capture ends at 2:00 p.m.
Friday, February 27
- Online, mobile, and audio banking access will end at 5:00 p.m.
- Bill payment access will be deactivated at 5:00 p.m.
- Pay-a-Loan using a debit or credit card will remain available through the end of business on this date.
Saturday, February 28
- All three Cherokee Strip Credit Union branch locations are closed.
- Debit cards continue to work for purchases and ATM transactions.
Monday, March 2
- All three Cherokee Strip Credit Union branch locations remain closed.
- New online banking, mobile banking app, and audio banking become available (time to be determined).
- Members may begin re-enrollment for online, mobile, and audio banking.
